Shipping Location

We currently ship to the following locations  in The USA and Worldwide.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for the USA and word wide.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST

Transit Time

  • Estimated transit time: 4–7 business days after processing for the USA.
  • Estimated transit time: 7–21 business days after processing for all countries except the USA
  • Transit are made Monday to Friday

Total Shipping Time

  • Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days for the USA
  • Estimated total time from order to delivery: 8–24 business days for all countries except the USA

Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and have started processing it. Please keep this email for reference — it includes your order number and tracking information (if applicable).

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within a short window after placing your order. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact our customer service immediately at support@charlottejdmmotors.store
