30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Item is in original packaging
- You have valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date
Return Method
- All returns are handled by mail only.
- We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Label
- A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.
- Simply use the included label and drop the return at your local postal service.
Restocking Fee
- Customer responsible (unless defective or error)

How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@charlottejdmmotors.store with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
We’ll review your request and confirm the next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email confirming your refund approval
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Refund processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Email support@charlottejdmmotors.store with your order number and photos of the issue
- We’ll offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer
